Shipping fees are waived for standard shipping for our North American customers.Returns
That is understandable that sometimes, things just don’t work out. That’s why we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of purchase. Provided the easebee gadget and the bamboo case are still intact, I will be happy to take it back, no questions asked. However, our gadgets will have to be recycled due to hygiene concerns, which is why you will be charged a $19.99 recycling fee. Please see the details below.How do returns work?
Once your return has been processed, we’ll automatically issue a refund to your original method of payment. The refund process may take 10-15 business days, depending on the payment method used. A recycling fee of $19.99 will apply.
Is return shipping free?
Yes, when returning an item in the 30-day window, return shipping is free – please note that we do charge a recycling fee of $19.99, which is deducted from the refund.
